Refund policy

We do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unwornunwashed product, within 14 days of receipt.

Item must be returned to NAB It Designs within 14 days of receipt to receive a refund. Store credit may be issued up to 30 days after receipt for items that are returned outside the 14 day window. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for items returned later than 30 days after receipt.

Shipping is not included in refund.

You MUST contact us prior to returning item(s). Please include your order number, and the reason for the return.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL on clearance items.

 

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please contact us within 14 days with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

You MUST contact NAB It Designs within 14 days of receipt to initiate a claim for a defective item. Defective items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. We do not offer exchange, refund, or credit on purchases past 14 days.

If we receive items after 14 days of receipt, store credit may be issued up to 30 days after receipt. We do not offer anything for items returned 30 days after receipt.

Note that exchanges are not always possible.

All defects are handled individually. Policy on defective items is subject to change at any time.

Please contact us if you believe you have received a defective item.

EXCHANGES

Due to the limited quantities we may not be able to offer exchanges.

You can exchange any unwornunwashed product, within 14 days of receipt.

Item must be shipped back to NAB It Designs within 14 days of receipt to process an exchange. We are not able to offer an exchange after 14 days of receipt. Customer is responsible to pay an exchange fee of $6 for one item and $7.50 for 2+ items.

You must contact us to initiate an exchange.  We will send an invoice for the exchange fee and once the exchange fee has been paid, we will send a return label to your email.  Packages can be returned in your mailbox, a blue USPS mailbox or anywhere that accepts USPS First Class packages.  Once we see that the package has been shipped. We will ship out your new item.
